Service

Anameasy provides digital patient intake software to clinics on a subscription basis. Feature availability depends on your active plan and entitlements.

Trials and billing

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices shown on the website exclude VAT where applicable.

Manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from this site.

Acceptable use

Clinics remain responsible for lawful processing of patient data. Do not use Anameasy to collect data you are not permitted to process. Notify us of security incidents at hello@anameasy.com.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Intellectual property

All software, design, and content on this platform remain the property of Anameasy GmbH. Your clinic retains ownership of all patient data you collect and process using the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law or service features. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
